I can’t believe it’s already time - on Sunday 9/10 at 8am Pacific, I’ll be teaching a Free Workshop on the splits, offering a healthy strategy for approaching this Range of Motion, and proven techniques that will help progress quickly.
For years I wanted my splits. During the Covid lock-down I decided to get a plan in place to progress. To my amazement I got my first side in three weeks-!! All that wasted time and a torn hamstring along the way was completely unnecessary … and it’s so common, I see it happen to many people I know. Over time I’ve developed some thoughts about my strategy to training this movement with strength and stability - and I’d like to share them with you :) Proven techniques, fast progress, and hopefully a few new thoughts that I have not seen in other places.
